INFANT PROGRAM
|
Our infant program was introduced in March of 1998.
Our staff focuses on providing an environment full of discovery and lots of TLC. Through play and staff interaction, emotional, social, physical and cognitive development is taking place. There is a smooth transition into the toddler program at the age of 13 months.

TODDLER PROGRAM
|
Our toddler program has been very successful. The toddlers enjoy a creative program, with lots of hands-on activities that emphasize the development of social skills and introduce academic skills.
Staff and parents work closely together to establish many independent skills and to build self-confidence. A very smooth transition is made into the preschool program around the age of three.

PRESCHOOL PROGRAM
|
Our preschool program focuses on preparing children for kindergarten.
A preschoolers day includes:
Activity Times: In small groups, children are busy in all learning/play areas. You will find many hands-on activities in the following areas: math, science/discovery, art, (soft) quiet area, blocks, house-corner, music/circle area, and computers.
Circle Time: This time is offered to all the children as a group. During this time, the children have activities involving learning about the calendar, weather, numbers, colors, and shapes, discussing different topics, singing, and reading stories, etc.
Outside/Inside Play Time: We encourage fresh air and sunshine, whenever possible, but the children also enjoy numerous inside games and other supervised activities during inclement weather.
Special activities are planned throughout the year to encourage parent/ family participation. Parents have the opportunity to join and participate on our Parent Advisory Committee (PAC). The Committee helps to plan community activities, discusses childcare topics and supplies feedback about our programs.
A one-time registration fee (non-refundable) is due at time of enrollment.
** The centers work with Child Care Network (CCIS), a local agency in helping qualified families with their childcare fees. Our childcare centers are here for you. If you would like more information, please call the location that best suits your needs. A tour of a center is encouraged.

SPECIAL SERVICES

The Early Education Center works cooperatively with many early intervention programs. Our inclusion program focuses on helping children with cognitive delays and physical disabilities reach their learning potential.
EEC collaborates with outside agencies, to provide support to the families that have a child with developmental delays. Staff and parents work closely together to help the children establish many independent skills. Recommendations for further evaluation through the early intervention services may be made for children deemed appropriate.
